Food can be roasted at temperatures above 200°C. The roasting state can be directly observed, allowing for the observation of color changes. The trough structure also makes cleaning easy.
The high-efficiency version of the HOT-1 series food roasting machine has arrived. The processing capacity per hour has increased by 20% (e.g., for raw materials such as green tea, oolong tea, seaweed, cocoa beans, various herbs, and spices with a particle size of about 5-10 mm, it can process 120 kg/h). (*The processing capacity varies depending on the type of raw material and moisture content.) The roasting process is divided into four stages, from the first to the fourth stage, with independent temperature settings for each stage. The fifth and sixth stages are cooling processes designed to allow natural heat dissipation without blowing air onto the raw materials, minimizing discoloration caused by heating. The heat source is an infrared burner powered by LPG (or city gas), and a hybrid type with an electric heater built into the trough is also available as an option. The hybrid type achieves gentle heating that envelops the entire raw material. It features four-stage automatic temperature control, and the burner height can be adjusted with motor-driven one-touch operation, along with automatic ignition and automatic extinguishing safety devices. The roasting and cooling sections are designed with an open structure using a vibrating trough (aluminum plates with anodized finish) instead of a belt conveyor, making it easy to clean with an air gun and allowing for quick raw material changes.
